App does not save your login info having to sign in every time is painful especially in the store. Doesnt seem to ever be any deals in the deals section. Do not recommend anyone install it if your goal is to buy clothing with the app. Better off in a browser going to their website.

Save your time and just drive to the local store. It will be faster than trying to select clothes for your kids with this sluggish app. Its slow and has poor back navigation. Also the process for adding items to your bag/cart is painfully slow; the developers should use the Amazon app to see how to do it right. Also when you first install the app, it wants to track your location even when you are not using the app. Avoid this app

This app seems like it was released as a marketing decision by someone high-up who said "we need an app" and then hired the lowest bidder they could find. If you want your users to have a good expereince you should develop a useful app that works. Start with the basics, let me add my reward card to Apple Wallet so it appears on my homescreen every time I enter one of your stores.

I picked out what I wanted and my bag said 7 however, I clicked on the bag to checkout and it was empty! They need to improve this so called app!

The app is very slow but what is worse is you add things to your cart and next thing it closes out and everything in your bag is gone! It is definitely a waste of time but I was hoping it would be awesome because I love shopping at this store

Every single action is delayed and when youve viewed the details of a particular item there is no back button to get back to the list/search you were browsing before.

Currently the app and the mobile web site are not working. Did update to app also did not work- getting home page for both but cannot click on anything.

The app is terrible and the website isnt mobile friendly. They wont allow me to edit my birth month. It keeps defaulting back to January.

No back button, which makes absolutely no sense. Very very slow. All action freeze. I am definitely deleting it.. Its almost impossible to even shop on this app. Horribly put together app.

The only way I could see this app being useful is if they completely disabled it. You dont need my location at all times, you dont need to send me notifications, you DO need to make sure your app actually functions before you publish it.

Have to log in every time I use the app. It should retain that info. Constantly freezes, goes awry, cant navigate backwards...why bother having an app?

If Im looking through stuff and find something and add it to my cart then go back to the same page I was looking at it will go back to the same item. Its so frustrating

This app is so messed up I dont know where to begin. It used to function decently, but It seems that they just let it go.

I buy Childrens Place clothing and shoes for most of my childrens attire from the online store. The app, however, is such a frustrating experience. It frequently gets stuck in one area. Today I could not leave the infant girl section and I was selecting toddler boy. Once I finally got into toddler boy section it was stuck on the same pair of pants. I cannot even locate a support feature regarding the app to notify them. Dont waste your time in this app!

It doesnt do what you need it to do. Tabs open and reopen when you are browsing. Every time I added something to my cart there was a major delay and then I had to start my search over again to continue searching through the same category.

It is very slow & it messes up really easily.
